2024年10月3日(一般投票開始時)から2024年11月21日(授賞式当日)までにリリースされたゲームは、厳選されたカテゴリーとアルティメットゲーム・オブ・ザ・イヤーに選ばれます。
想像以上に、（いや想像通り？）
『Clair Obscur: Expedition 33』
祭りとなりましたね。
皆さんの感想はいかがでしたでしょうか？
12月のTGAは、どうなるでしょうか？
以下は個人の感想です。
縁あって先行プレイの機会を頂きましたが、（PS5のコードを頂きました）
本当に偶然良い作品に会えたなあ、という感想でした。
発売前のインタビューなど各メディアで掲載されていましたので、
国産JRPGの要素が詰まっているのは分かっていたのですが、
プレイしてみて、これはかなり「濃く」入ってるな、と感じました。
ただ、先行プレイの記事でも書いた通り、
私もメタスコアが90超えるほどとは思いませんでした。
ですが、80点台後半は行くだろうとは思いましたので
おススメしたつもりです。（発売日前購入でPSPlus加入者割引もあったので）
サウンドトラックをおそらく今年一番聞いたタイトルで、
大規模のスタジオではなくてもここまで熱がこもったタイトルが作れるのか、
という感想でした。
制作工程に関しても「UNREAL ENGINE」でのインタビュー記事
は印象的でした。
今後のAAAタイトルの在り方に一石を投じる観点からも、
今回の受賞につながったのかな？という気もしました。
